Do I have to purchase the "Extended Download Service" (EDS)?

The short answer is NO. The item "Extended Download Service" is provided by the payment platform Swreg/Regnow. With Extended Download Service, you can download the program if you lost the download link. However, we, as a software provider, also provide the service to you, what's more, it is free! If you don't need this item, you don't have to buy it.

I purchased the wrong product by mistake. Can I exchange it for the right one?

We have two solutions here. You can choose one:

1. You buy the right product first and then we will refund your money for the wrong one when we confirm the situation.

2. If you think you might use the "wrong product" in future, you can keep it and we will provide you free updates lifetime. And you can buy the "right product" with 50% discount.

What is the difference between the trial and the full version of iDealshare VideoGo?

The trial version of iDealshare VideoGo provides five minutes maximum conversion of file if the file is longer than five minutes. If your file is less than five minutes, the trial version only converts half of it. If you want to enjoy the full file conversion, please buy the full version of iDealshare VideoGo

I lost my license code, can you send it again?

A: Sure. Please write to us at sales@idealshare.net, and please enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address and name you used when you purchased etc.) which will enable us to find your order in our database in time.

I am planning to purchase a new computer soon. Shall I be able to transfer the license from my old computer to the new one?

First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from our website at https://www.idealshare.net/download.html or use the CD you purchased to install it on your new one. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.

I have not received my registration information. Why?

In some cases, there is a processing delay. For some other cases, people may have submitted the wrong email address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to invalid email account or email privacy filter software. Please feel free to email to support@idealshare.net. We'll resend you register information soon.

How can I evaluate before purchasing?

We provide the free trial version for all of our software online to help customers have a clear idea about the software before purchase.

In general, most trial versions have no functional difference from the registered versions. We provide trial versions with different restrictions on different products. You can check the limitation of the trial version.

Just download the trial version on our website to evaluate it, if you have any query, please feel free to contact us.

After you place the order successfully, we will provide the registration code to remove the limitations of trial versions.

How to uninstall or remove iDealshare VideoGo

If you are using Mac computer, you may follow this way:

First you need to close iDealshare VideoGo.Then go to "Finder" -> "Applications" and drag and drop iDealshare VideoGo to the Trash. Finally go to "DEVICES" to find "iDisk". Please find iDealshare VideoGo under "iDisk" and click the small triangle next to iDealshare VideoGo. This way will allow you to completely remove all components of iDealshare VideoGo.

If you are using Windows computer, you may follow this way:

You can uninstall it from Start Menu -> All Programs -> iDealshare-> VideoGo -> Uninstall VideoGo. Or from Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> iDealshare VideoGo.

What is the refund policy?

iDealshare provides full refund of your payment in the following cases:

When you stably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our software properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution.

Please, NOTE! In this case refund is only given if you provide detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.

If you experience hardware incompatibility issues (our software does not support your hardware, e.g. - capture card or DVD Drive) that prevents you from using our software properly and we are unable to eliminate the incompatibility within an acceptable period of time or suggest a temporary solution.

If you accidentally bought the software more than once.
